Chicken Parmigiana

Chicken Parmigiana, also referred to as Chicken Parmesan, is a popular Italian-American dish made by coating a chicken breast in breadcrumbs, frying it, and then topping it with marinara sauce and melted cheese, typically mozzarella and Parmesan. The dish is then baked until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and is typically plated with pasta on the side. The grouping of crispy breaded chicken, rich tomato sauce, melted cheese and pasta provides a unique dining experience and taste combination that is second to none.

The Club

The Chicken Parm Social Club (CPSC) is a group of dining aficionados who all happen to agree that Chicken Parmigiana is the perfect dish. The Club has traveled the world in a never-ending search for the perfect Parm, and our adventures will be forever documented here.

Founded by a trio of wealth management professionals in the basement of a NYC nightclub after an industry awards gala, the CPSC has become a cornerstone at wealth management industry conferences and events, where the Club traditionally gathers.

Club members are encouraged to document their Chicken Parm adventures when dining on their own by supplying a photo of their Parm, restaurant details (even home-made!), tasting notes, and be open to constructive criticism from other Club members who pass judgement on the submitted entry.

Be advised that the bar is high for favorable reviews!
